We have extensive experience in the design and delivery of team building events – both indoors and outdoors. We  we work closely with our clients to understand their specific team development needs up front before we recommend any solutions. Specific needs include improving team morale, improving personal relationships, reinvigorating performance, nurturing and increased level of challenge and creativity and so on. Our designs for team building events  typically include one or more of the following: –

• Enjoyable and effective ice-breakers - to get your session off to a good start!

• Psychometric tests such as Belbin team roles, the strength deployment inventory and Myers Briggs profiling

• Conducting self scoring and hard-hitting team audits – where the whole team and its leader openly score and then discuss the quality of the team working. (This approach works well for well-developed pre-existing teams who would like to shift to an even higher gear of performance)

• Facilitated sessions on team vision, team strategy and team culture - our aim here is to ensure that all members of the team participate and are heard!

• In-house team building exercises such as the “red black game”, “golf ball challenge” and “building a trebuchet”. Note we will select appropriate exercises to make key points

• Outside exercises that test team creativity, support and ingenuity
